Revolution Wedding Tours shows a Luxe, Sophisticated, Southern Wedding Design at Cannon Green | The Wedding Show On The Go is a Charleston Bridal Show Alternative

Did you hear the big news? The Scarlet Wedding Tour is now Revolution Wedding Tours but it’s still the original Wedding Show On The Go(tm)! Read all about it here. This venue's wedding design concept has been published on Southern Bride!

When I try to describe the design concept at Cannon Green, the first thing to come to mind is effortless elegance. We wanted to inspire engaged couples to think outside the burlap covered Mason jar while still using rustic details at their own weddings.

We combined lavender, periwinkle blue, lavender blush and a smoky blue-gray violet with pewter and a silvery mercury glass color to create a decidedly luxurious yet very southern color palette that influenced the overall design theme.

The venue itself is effortlessly luxe and lent itself to our concept with ease. The newly renovated and elegantly rustic Trolley Room and stunning Courtyard made the perfect setting for our delicate, ethereal vision.  We married the softness and lushness of our linens, watercolor details, floral design, ballerinas and bride’s gown with rustic details such as the restored church pews, hand painted wooden signs,  wooden place cards, and benches used for the ceremony to create this incredible Southern, Luxe & Sophisticated design concept.

It would be almost impossible to pick a favorite element from this venue, but if I had to pick a handful of things I loved I’d have to go with the ballerinas & surprise dancers! And the hand painted watercolor cake was absolutely incredible! We stayed up all night a few days before the Tour to hand paint the escort scrolls with watercolors that we rolled up and hung off the champagne flutes as a fun and tasty alternative. Those were gorgeous! Oh, my gracious, and the bride's gown?! Don't even get me started!

Enjoy the loveliness, friends!

love, Sara & Team Revolution
